Our CNC Routing & Panel Cutting Service

As a well established manufacturer & supplier to the sign & display trades, we have now installed a large format CNC router to help streamline our panel & letter cutting department. We've had over 12 months of perfecting its use & now feel confident in offering our new CNC profiling service.

Using our large format CNC router, we can accurately cut, shape, groove and drill a wide range of sheet materials. We stock and supply a wide range of materials at very competitive rates or,  on certain occasions, can work with your materials supplied. We can supply full sheets or cut to size panels.

Due to the volumes we process, we expect to be very competitive against your present supplier, particularly when carriage is added.

Just order what you need – no need to hold stock. There's no need to buy or keep full sheets in stock.

We are able to complete your job within a few working days providing we have your required materials in stock. We can confirm expected dates when we produce your quote

Materials We Can Cut:

We can cut a wide range of materials including:

> ACM

> Acrylic

> Aluminium

> PVC Foam

> MDF

> Plywood

All the above materials can be cut exactly to size & shape, round or scalloped corners, drill and groove, all in one go. We can even contour cut after you've printed the substrate. 

We can cut mild steel and stainless steel to your requirements via our metal fabrication partner.

MATERIALS  The Details

ACM

Available in clear & a wide range of solid & translucent colours.

Used for flat panels, folded trays, letters, logos, illuminated signs.

ACM is very flat and stiff, indoor & outdoor use, gloss & matt finishes, economical.

Available in 3mm thick.

ACRYLIC

Starts life as raw 'Mill' finish i.e. unpainted as it comes out of the mill. 

Used for flat panels, illuminated signs, POS displays, letters & logos.

Acrylic is very flat & stiff, indoor & outdoor use, high gloss on both sides.  

Available in 3mm, 5mm & 10mm thickness.

ALUMINIUM

Available in a wide range of
colours & finishes.

Used for flat panels, road signs, letters & logos.

Aluminium machines well, can be bent, folded & welded, painted or powder coated.

Available in 2mm, 3mm, 4mm & 5mm from stock. Other sizes also available.

PVC FOAM

Available in white, black & a wide range of colours.

Used for flat panels, cheap signs, letters & logos.

PVC Foam is economical & lightweight with a honeycomb core.

Thicknesses include 3mm, 5mm, 10mm, 19mm & 24mm from stock. Other sizes available.

MDF

Available unfinished only.

Used for flat panels,signs, letters & logos for indoors, furniture & cabinets.

MDF is economical, easy to work with, exterior grades are available.

Thicknesses include 3mm, 6mm, 12mm, 19mm & 25mm.

PLYWOOD

Available unfinished only.

Used for flat panels, furniture, letters and logos.

Economical & lightweight.

Thicknesses include 3mm, 5mm, 10mm, 19mm & 25mm from stock. Other sizes also available.

We can also work with: Brass, Slate, Corian, Polycarbonate or Engraving Laminate. 
All the above are either in stock or are available within a few working days.

FAQs

I am not in the sign trade, can you help? 

Whilst we supply the sign trade predominantly, we can also work alongside many other trades and industries. If you requirement is for something which may be produced on the CNC cutter, then please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Where do you ship to?

We can ship throughout mainland UK providing your item does not exceed the maximum specification permitted by our carriers. We can advise you of your delivery options at the time of quoting. Collection is available from our  trade counter in Morecambe, Lancashire.

Will you cut materials that I supply?

We are approved stockists of materials from a wide range of suppliers, so we have a good range of materials and are likely to have something suitable for your project.  However, please contact us if you have specific requirements for and we don't have your required material listed.
