Toffee Tape is a rubber based adhesive tape that has a high initial 'grab' and bonds 'most things' to 'most things' and it used to be used for hemming banners, but new technology has overtaken that application.

Nevertheless, 'Snot Tape', as it is known as in some quarters, still has a wide & varied application. It is not good outdoors due to it's limited UV stability, it is fine & widely used indoors or in situations where sunlight is not a factor.
