This bolt just needs a pilot hole, then it cuts it's own thread.
It really comes into it's own when fixing because, unlike shield anchors such as 'Rawlbolts' (which we also sell), you can drill bracket fixing holes one at a time & bolt the bracket up, instead of having to drill all the holes before offering up the bracket - therby eliminating the possibility of the drill wandering & the holes not lining up.
